This term we are introducing a level incentive approach. Levels will range from 1 to 8 and are based on personal achievement. Once a level has been achieved student will receive a wristband representing the level achieved. This process will assist in class selection for 2020 ensuring that classes are level appropriate. This month, our team have been working hard behind the scenes to construct more equipment. This will see the delivery of items such as the salmon ladder, gravity grip wall, the pyramid and much more.

Why should you choose the simulation centre?

The after school workshops we offer help children to develop their motor skills and enables them to achieve to their maximum potential.  We offer many games and activities that can be used to improve your child's motor skills.  The weekly after school sessions are highly recommended by our local Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy teams as an addition to therapy already being provided. Our Ninja classes are taught by Pro Ninjas who have had years of experience in competing as Ninja and areas of coaching. Learn from only the best Ninjas in WA!

Mini Ninjas – 3 – 5 years

Mini Ninjas provides an outlet for preschool age kids to learn how to better use their bodies in the world around them.  Learning to balance, tumble, crawl and climb over many of the obstacles.  Each week the structure and challenges are different making it fun and engaging not doing the same routine week after week.  Movements styles from Parkour, Gymnastics and Ninja.

Junior Ninjas – 6 – 8 years

Junior Ninjas more challenging session to that of Mini Ninjas with moves from Parkour, Gymnastics and Ninja.  A higher level of movement through obstacles using more upper body strength.  The skills taught in this class translate to increased confidence in other athletic pursuits.  This course is an incredible building block for all athletics.

Ninja Warriors – 8 years plus

This is our famous Ninja Warrior Class! It calls upon endurance based curriculum with the excitement and discipline of obstacle training,
building strength, grit, self-esteem, and learning to love fitness.

Put your monkey skills to the test as you take down obstacles in time trials.  Ninja Warrior will push you to develop more advanced muscular strength, muscular endurance, mobility, problem solving skills and confidence. Ninja Warrior consists of important elements to develop the ultimate warrior being, stretching, burning muscles and obstacle movement training.  It is an important component of Ninja Warrior to stretch and burn muscles to allow stronger stability and bone development in order to safely complete the obstacles without injury. Ninja Warrior will result in your child developing strength and fitness at a level ready to challenge a Ninja Warrior course in competition style.

Parkour - 8 years plus

Parkour is an attitude and training method for movement through any environment. Parkour’s core concept is to overcome all physical and mental obstacles in your path by using your body and mind to run, climb, jump and vault.  When you practice parkour you walk, run, in bursts mixed with periods of slow fluid movements.  You will build strength, balance and more flexibility in your body.  It builds confidence and the principles can be applied to your daily challenges.  This class is generally a very quiet class with plenty of focus and attention.

Brightstar Warriors - 5 years to 12 years (4 students per class)

Brightstar Warriors is most suitable for 5 years to 12 years with sensory processing behaviours. This class has only a maximum of 4 students per class. For more information on sensory processing please click here to learn more.

Squad Development and Adult Ninja Warriors

Our Squad Development and Adult Ninja Warrior class calls upon an endurance based curriculum with the excitement and discipline of obstacle training, building strength, grit, self-esteem, and learning to love fitness. This class is all about speed, agility and strength - hardcore training for competition level Ninja. Squad students have the opportunity represent Western Australia in The Australian Ninja Games and Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association Qualifiers for the World Finals in America each year. If your child is interested in being on TV in the Ninja Warrior series this is where you need to start.

Competitions run every third Friday of each month (subject to no events) and are optional. Interstate competitions are: Brisbane State v State (April), USA World Titles (July) and Australian Ninja Games October.
