Do I have to book or can I walk in?
We highly recommend that you book in advance to secure a timeslot, otherwise we cannot guarantee an available activity to hire.
What age groups do you cater for?
All of our activities are tailored for 7 years +, except for the climbing walls which is 4 years +?
What is the minimum and maximum weight to use the climbing walls?
To ensure a fun and safe experience, individuals are required to weigh between 15kg and 115kg.
Can I drop my kids off do I have to stay?
Unfortunately no, parent supervision is required for all activities unless they are booked into one of our School Holiday Drop n Run Sessions.
Can I bring my own food?
We ask that no outside food or drinks are to be brought into the premises. We have a Café where a variety of food and drink can be purchased. We are very allergy aware.
Do you provide water at the party table?
We provide the kids with a choice of a juice box or bottled water. We also have a drink fountain for guests to use. We do not supply water jugs or cups to the tables for safety reasons.
Can I bring my own balloons and decorations?
Yes you can bring in balloons to the venue, however helium balloons is not recommended unless you have them weighted. No helium bottles to be brought into the premises for safety reasons.
Do you supply gluten free and vegetarian meals in the party?
If advised in advance we can cater for gluten free or vegetarian.
When do I need to confirm my final numbers for my event?
We will contact you 2 days prior to your event to check your final numbers and any dietary or food requirements.
What is your policy on party refunds for no shows?
We do not offer refunds on no shows. Deposits are refunded if you cancel your party no less than 2 weeks prior.
Do I get a refund on my deposit for my casual booking if I do not show?
We do not offer refunds on no shows for casual bookings.
Do you sell alcohol? If not can I bring my own?
No we do not sell alcohol. We are not a BYO facility for alcohol. Should you be wishing to have alcohol at your next event please contact our staff for terms and conditions.
Where are you located?
We are located at 6 Sphinx Way, Bibra Lake in the industrial park.
Can I add more people to the hot deal packages?
Yes, for $20 a fifth person can join in. Our package deals are tailored for no more than 5 people. If wanting a package that accommodates for a larger group we have smaller party packages for up to 8 people.
Do I have to wear shoes when climbing?
Yes, for all activities we require guests to wear closed in shoes.
Can my child do a trial class of one of your weekly sessions?
Yes. Trial classes are most welcome at class cost. There is no option to pay weekly for your classes due to limited vacancies.
What do I need to wear?
If you are participating in any of our activities closed in shoes is required to be worn at all times. We recommend for climbing that you wear shorts or long pants. No skirts for climbing.
